2016 xc90 water leaks

My 2016 Volvo xc90 skylight leaked into rear compartment damaging important electronic components with an estimated repair cost over $5000, I contacted Volvo Goodwill services asking for relief, have a case number and haven't had a response for 2 weeks. My car has been in the shop for 3 weeks and is not drivable. I will update when they respond.
